有時候 不得不放開

最近病了……

its been a real long time ever since i last posted something on :D
as am back in indonesia! :D my home sweet home!!!

am gonna make it short for what i've been up to recently when am back in australia! upload pictures by this,its a bit waste of money :P
i wud rather use my email service back in australia!!!~ :P

i've been on a serious diet ever since the end of december!
and it seems to have work pretty well :O
hahahah
i've lost a few kgs! need more work! XD
all i did was NO carbohydrates!!!
wwell! it sounded easy when i 1st heard my doctor suggesting me (he aint nutritionist,he's my regular check up doctor,and he's been nagging on me ever since seeing me =[ )
HOWEVER! it wasnt dat easy
as am a person who ate a lot of carbs :S
and i toook a lil time staying at home and get used to this routine and HERE WE ARE!
i cud survive without rice!! TADAAAAA! :D



and yeap!
am sick! i've got cough and slight flu!
and i hope al feel better tomoro!
YEAY
maybe becoz i've been travelling around! and been too tired!


and i feel sorry for karen :(
her daddy passed away tday *may him rest in peace*
it was a sudden death...
and she straight away depart off to tawau!
and yeap! my sis will be alone at home tnight 0_o
i smsed crystal to check out if she's goin to stay wif ma erce tnight!
coz belmont aint too safe...hmmm
i shud prolly ask my sis instead

and yesh! dat silly linda is back in batam which in fact she's pretty busy!
hahhhh... driving lessons and ALL?!

yeap i guess dats it for tday! am catching up again soon :D
